Each year we have multiple fully funded studentships available for our 3.5 year PhD programme commencing each October.
ELIGIBILITY:
Applicants must hold, or expect to obtain, a first or upper second-class honours degree or equivalent in an appropriate scientific subject from a recognised academic institution. Whilst a master’s degree is preferable, it is not essential.
All applicants should ensure they also meet the Imperial College Entry Requirements, including the English Language Requirement.
Whilst the funding for these studentships is open to students worldwide, funding for overseas students is more restricted. For this reason, only exceptional overseas students will be considered.
TASK DETAILS:
Research projects taking innovative experimental and computational approaches to advance the understanding of biology and its application to medicine are available across our 3 scientific sections: Epigenetics, Genes and Metabolism, and Integrative Biology.
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE: These studentships provide a generous stipend, tuition fees and bench fees
DURATION: 3.5 years
DEADLINE: 12 December 2023
