Keele has a long history of welcoming Kenyan students to campus and to celebrate academic excellence within the Kenyan student community, Keele is pleased to offer one full tuition fee scholarship to a Kenyan student applying for an MSc in Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology (September 2016 start).
ELIGIBILITY:
- he scholarship is only available for the MSc Environmental Sustainability and Green Technology
- Candidates must be a national of Kenya and not currently be living or studying in a developed country. Candidates who have already had the opportunity of studying for one year or more outside of Kenya will not be eligible
- Candidates must have a First Class Honours Degree
- Candidates must demonstrate excellence in the following areas:
- Academic qualifications
- English Language ability
- Understanding of the course and motivation to study at Keele
- Extra-curricular or work experience in a relevant field
- Candidates will be required to prove their nationally and show that without this scholarship they would be unable to study in the UK
- If you are holding a conditional offer from Keele – that is, you need to complete some qualifications – you can still apply for a scholarship. Depending on your other information, we may wait for your academic results before making a decision.
SCHOLARSHIP VALUE:
The scholarship covers:
• Full tuition fees for one year
• On campus accommodation
• Contribution toward living expenses
• One return airfare from Kenya (economy class)
